Ligonier UMC offers two distinct weekly programs for children to nurture their faith and build relationships.

Sunday Morning: We provide a staffed Nursery for children from birth to pre-K, combining playtime with small lessons and music. For K-5th graders, we offer Children's Church with interactive lessons on Christian faith fundamentals.

Wednesday Night: This is a special time to connect on a deeper level. We serve a meal, fostering bonds, and engage in activities and discussions that promote spiritual growth and strong relationships. These programs reflect our commitment to nurturing young faith and building a loving church community.
Outreach Events
Ligonier United Methodist Church is deeply committed to enriching the lives of children and strengthening our community through our Children's Ministries Outreach program. We organize four major annual events that embody our core values of inclusivity, love, and faith. These events, the Community Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Vacation Bible School, Trunk or Treat, and Cookies with Santa, create safe and welcoming spaces for kids to learn, play, and express themselves.
Our belief is simple: children thrive when they have a sense of belonging and support. We see these events as not just opportunities for religious education but also as ways to foster lasting connections among families and children in our community. By providing memorable, enjoyable experiences, we hope to instill values that promote kindness, unity, and compassion in the hearts of our youngest members, empowering them to positively impact our community and embrace their unique potential.
